Receptionist / Marketing Co-ordinator - Fourways

**Minimum requirements for the role**:
- Previous experience having worked as a receptionist or office administrator is preferred for the role.
- Computer literacy is essential with good working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
- Must have excellent telephone skills and polite telephone manner.
- Must be able to multi-task by listening and taking notes whilst working under pressure.
- Previous experience having worked on pastel is preferred but not essential as the company is happy to train the person on Pastel.
- Answering all calls, screening accordingly and transferring to the required person
- Assisting and working closely with financial manager handling financial administration.
- Ordering stationery and office refreshments when required to do so.
- Arranging all courier collections and quotes as well as deliveries as and when required.
- Updating all websites with new images and information that is required.
- Managing and handling all social media administration for the company.
- Assisting management with all corporate gifting and branding.
**Salary package, including benefits, is highly negotiable depending on experience gained.
