Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Management
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of telesales representatives
- Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance reviews
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities
- Create and maintain a positive, motivating team environment
- Schedule and conduct regular team meetings and training sessions
Sales Strategy & Operations
- Develop and implement comprehensive telesales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Create and refine sales scripts, processes, and best practices
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead generation and conversion
Performance Management
- Set individual and team sales targets and monitor progress against goals
- Analyze call metrics, conversion rates, and sales performance data
- Implement corrective actions when performance standards are not met
- Recognize and reward high-performing team members
- Prepare detailed sales reports for senior management
Customer Relationship Management
- Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints
- Oversee the maintenance of accurate customer databases and CRM systems
- Develop strategies to improve customer retention and repeat business
Administrative Duties
- Manage departmental budget and resources effectively
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies
- Coordinate with other departments including customer service, logistics, and finance
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments
Required QualificationsEducation & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of telesales experience with at least 2 years in a management role
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools

Reporting Structure
This position reports directly to the owner and manages a team of 4 to 8 representatives.
Pay: R12 000,00 - R18 000,00 per month
