**Role Overview**

We are seeking highly motivated and talented recent graduates to join our Data Science & AI team. As a Graduate Data Scientist / AI Associate, you'll work closely with experienced professionals to develop models, analyse data, and contribute to cutting-edge AI solutions.

**Qualifications (Degree, Honours and Masters only)**:

- BSc in Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning
- BSc Data Science, Computer Science
- BSc in Applied Mathematics
- BSc in Statistics

**Requirements**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Programming experience in Python, R, or similar languages
- Familiarity with machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Curiosity and a growth mindset

**Skills & Competency**:

- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analysing data, identifying trends, and making data-driven recommendations.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) and basic knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, or R) is a plus.
- Research Skills: Ability to conduct thorough and accurate research to support project needs and client engagements.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to approach complex problems methodically and creatively.
