AI & Data Science Manager
, where you'll drive innovation, lead a talented data science team, and embed data-driven intelligence across the business.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute the bank's
    AI strategy
    in alignment with business goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a
    team of data scientists
    to deliver world-class AI/ML solutions.
  • Manage the
    end-to-end lifecycle
    of AI/ML models — from design to deployment and monitoring.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to
    identify AI-driven opportunities
    that deliver measurable impact.
  • Ensure AI/ML models meet
    ethical, regulatory, and governance standards
    .
  • Champion a
    data-driven culture
    and establish best practices for AI adoption across the bank.

What You'll Bring

  • Master's/PhD in Information Technology, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in
    AI/ML model development, deployment, and leadership
    .
  • Strong skills in
    Python, R, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
    .
  • Cloud AI expertise on
    AWS, Azure, or GCP
    .
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience in
    financial services or banking analytics
    .
  • Knowledge of
    MLOps and AI model governance frameworks
    .
  • Exposure to
    Generative AI, NLP, or Computer Vision
    technologies.
