She Officer

A position exists for a SHE Officer stationed at the Fidelity Campus. The position will report to the Group SHE Manager. The overall purpose of this position is to perform a full SHE function and deal with and co-ordinate all SHE related matters and direct queries and info required to the Group SHE Manager.

**Experience, Requirements and Qualifications**
- Grade 12
- Minimum Safety Health and Environmental qualification
- Knowledge of the Security Industry
- No Criminal Record or any pending cases
- Own reliable transport with valid driver’s license
- At least 3 years’ experience in and administrative and statistical analyses and Safety Health and Environmental role
- Previous Experience in Safety Health and Environmental.
- Proficiency in the full Microsoft package with strong Excel knowledge is essential.
- Ability to liaise professionally with Senior Management and management at all levels.
- Ability to work without supervision, under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Project Management Experience will be an advantage
- Report writing skills.

**Key Performance Areas: (Not totally inclusive)**:

- General admin duties, assist in meetings with Service providers and other stakeholders
- Support SHE team with client requirements
- Monthly compilation of Branch compliance
- Monthly compilation of IOD and MVA stats
- Record keeping of all stats
- Investigations of IOD’s and finalise reports to be submitted to Branches and Executives
- Liaise with all branches
- Ensure legal compliance at all branches
- Branch visits to be conducted
- Suppliers compliance
- Compiling weekly and monthly reports
- Attend all meetings where and when required with suppliers
- SHE file compilation for Branches and Clients
- Support the Branches with client requirements on all aspects of Safety health and Environmental
