**What are we looking for?**

**The key responsibilities**:

- Assist call-in customers.
- Inspect and receive deliveries against required documentation.
- Timeous completion of all documentation i.e. Forklift inspection & any other.
- No drum stock should be left outside the warehouse at the end of the shift.
- Shrink wrapping/strapping of pelletized product.
- Maintaining good housekeeping in area of work.
- Assist in assembling stock & loading/ offloading.
- Ensuring that stock is in good condition before loading.
- Sorting of pallets between good, broken & scrap.
- Assist fillers with pallets & flowbins timely to achieve daily targets
- Ensure only good pallet are used.
- Ensuring batch numbers are labelled on all products being loaded.
- Stack and load according to FIFO.
- Report all spillages that occur within your work area.
- Ensure daily removal of waste bins.
- Assist with any Operations Related Duties whenever required.
- Assist to move stock with forklift as may be requested.
- Liaise with the SHEQ manager in case of a returned product from customers.
- Take part in monthly stock takes.
- Follow any reasonable instruction as may be issued.
- Ensure correct packaging is issued to production team.

**Mandatory tasks**:

- Follow all rules, policies, SOP’s and regulations of the company and statuary legislation including the OSH Act.
- Report & investigate any incidents / accidents and non
- conformance immediately.

**Special Tasks**:

- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Excellent observation and analytical abilities.
- Attention to detail.

**If you possess**

**Must-Have**:

- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Valid forklift license with 2 years driving experience in within chemical industry.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be physically fit.
