Channel Partner Manager

Strategically establishing and managing a portfolio of distributors and customers
- Primary interface for appointed channel partners and customers in the region
- Accountable for setting and achieving sales/contribution budgets
- Responsible for contract maintenance and negotiation with distributors and direct customers
- Complete annual sales budgets and track sales performance; evaluate sales figures for the respective region on a monthly basis; maintain acceptable pricing and margins
- Growing customer base year on year in terms of volume, revenue and margins
- Maintain acceptable debtor’s days
- Identify and drive new and organic growth opportunities to increase sales
- Obtain profitable results through Distributors and Sales Team by developing the team through motivation, counselling, skills development and product knowledge development.
- Identify and develop opportunities within the dominant industries in Southern and East Africa
- Price negotiations at senior levels at customers
- Promotion of company products and image
- Key account management
- Industry or market knowledge within the Industrial markets

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
