**Front of House Employee - WOW Street Food Court**

**Position Overview**

We’re looking for an energetic, friendly, and service-driven Front of House (FOH) team member to join our WOW Street Food Court crew. You will be the first point of contact for guests, responsible for upselling to customers, Running the bar, maintaining a clean environment, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet guests warmly and provide helpful, friendly customer service
- Guide food and beverage orders accurately using Kiosk systems
- Assist guests with menu questions, dietary needs, and recommendations
- Serve food and drinks in accordance with company standards
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, counters, and self-service stations
- Manage queues efficiently and keep service flowing smoothly
- Working as a barista
- Support back-of-house staff during peak hours when needed
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
- Uphold WOW Street Food Court’s brand values and service culture

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Prior experience in hospitality or food service is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication skills and customer-first mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Basic math and cash-handling abilities
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and reliability
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
