- Connects electrical systems to powerlines to provide electricity to the building, etc.
- Ensures piping complies with electrical codes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Extensive knowledge of electrical systems and wiring.
- Inspects electrical systems to determine whether repairs are needed.
- Inspecting transformers, circuit breakers, and other electrical components.

Maintaining good knowledge of various testing equipment.
- Performing general electrical maintenance.
- Proficient in the use of test meters and other diagnostic equipment.
- Performing circuit breaker corrective maintenance.

Repairing and replacing equipment, electrical wiring, and fixtures.
- Replaces conduit and wiring as needed.
- Replaces circuit breakers as needed.
- Installs and repairs electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures in buildings, etc.
- Installs conduits and pipes to house electrical wires and cables.
- Installs circuit breakers and other electrical hardware and connects wiring to them
- Installing safety and distribution components
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.
- Tests electrical systems to ensure proper installation and operation.

Troubleshooting electrical issues using appropriate testing devices.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
- Filling in and Completion of Checklists
- DB Box Inspection
- Job Cards - Per a task/project/job
- Ensuring that all completed checklists is handed to the correct person on time for reporting and record keeping.
- General Housekeeping
- General Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) Assessments, Identifying and reporting of any Hazards immediately
- Practice health and safety measures
- Ensures projects / tasks / duties are completed effectively and on time
- All Electrical / Electrician related tasks, duties and support
- Ensuring that all policies, procedures and workplace rules are adhered to
- Planning of all Electrical jobs / projects
- Any other tasks as required / requested by Management

**Salary**: R8,500.00 - R10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kempton Park, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Electrical: 5 years (preferred)
