We have an exciting opportunity available for a dynamic and experienced Solution Manager to be part of our Solutions team. This person should thrive at the intersection of customer satisfaction, technical integrity and business value. As a member of the Solutions team you will work closely with partners & clients as well as our Product teams to transform ideas into technically sound and commercially viable solutions.
- Gather and shape solution requirements from both internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and unpack all solution components and touchpoints in the end-to-end solution user journey.
- Convey the Solution vision and requirements to the Product teams.
- Create and manage the Solution roadmap to align to the company’s strategy.
- Establish and manage relationships with partners and clients.
- Plan, execute and oversee Solution rollouts (e.g. proof of concept, commercial pilots, commercial etc.) by coordinating with Program-, Product-, and Project Managers as well as partners and clients.
- Conduct regular check-ins with teams to maintain a live perspective on status and risks for the Solution(s).
- Coordinate the creation of relevant solution documentation including sales collateral, slide decks, etc. to communicate details of the Solution(s) both internally and externally.
- Collaborate closely with Business teams to create business
- and revenue models for the solutions and determine solution pricing.
- Conduct continuous analysis of the market
- and competitor landscape and industry trends to inform the Solution(s).

**Ideal Requirements**:

- Honours level degree in Science, Engineering or Commerce
- 2+ years of experience in a product development or management related position and a successful track record of developing products
- Project management experience, specifically software development projects
- Experience writing product documentation
- Experience developing products in the consumer, corporate wellness and/or clinical space is beneficial
