Purpose Statement Are you passionate about designing cutting-edge HR solutions that drive business transformation? We’re looking for a Solutions Architect specializing in HR systems, with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors and other HRIS components. In this pivotal role, you’ll report directly to the HR Product Head and play a key part in shaping our digital HR landscape. Bring your expertise in SuccessFactors , SAP HR , and integration tools like SAP Cloud Platform Integration and SAP Business Technology Platform . A solid understanding of cloud technologies (AWS/Azure) and data integration will set you apart as you architect scalable, future-ready solutions. Education (Minimum) Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Information Technology - IT Engineering Education (Ideal Or Preferred) A relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology Knowledge And Experience Must-Have Expertise: Proven mastery of SAP SuccessFactors across all modules, including seamless integration into SAP S/4HANA and the broader data estate. 5+ years’ experience in solution architecture, delivering scalable, enterprise-grade solutions. Strong knowledge of integration tools such as SAP Cloud Platform Integration, SAP Business Technology Platform, and APIs for connecting SuccessFactors with HR and Finance systems. Familiarity with the AWS Well-Architected Framework for designing secure, high-performing, and resilient cloud solutions. Minimum Knowledge Of System architecture principles, including technical design and implementation processes. Systems analysis and design methodologies. UML or equivalent modeling languages. Technical test plan design and execution. IT systems development processes and application development best practices. Standards and governance frameworks.
