A leader in the property management industry seek the experience of an Accounts Administrator to effectively assist the Accounts Department with specified duties of a large Property Portfolio.

**Duties & responsibilities, not limited to**:

- Day to day processing of invoices
- Processing payments
- Full bookkeeping function up to Trial Balance
- Creditors & Debtors
- Bank Recons
- Monthly Journals
- Assist with annual audits
- General admin duties as and when required
- Billing of levies and Utilities
- Attending to queries in a timeous manner
- Customer debit orders

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of the WeConnectU system would be advantageous
- Must be able to perform under pressure and handle large volumes
- Must be meticulous and work accurately
- Fully bilingual
- Strong administration skills
- High standard of customer service
- Salary dependent on experience._
- Position available 1 March 2025._
- Must have own transport and driver’s license._
