Administrative Support to The Admin Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Admin Manager.
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate communication between internal departments and external partners.
- Prepare, edit, and manage correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Assist with documentation and record-keeping related to client cases and creditor correspondence.
- Maintain organized filing systems (both digital and physical).
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of administrative processes.
- Manage and oversee the administration team in the absence of the Admin Manager, ensuring continuity and productivity across all admin functions.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Telephone etiquette.
- Professional attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in Debt Review or a related financial/legal services environment will be highly advantageous.
