Our well-established Retailer is seeking an Grv / Admin clerk in our Phoenix branch.
**Responsibilities**
- Capture orders/Invoices/ claims timeously and accurately.
- Ensures that products / promotions are loaded accurately and scan at correct prices at tills.
- Timeous and accurate preparation of reports for each department on daily/weekly/monthly basis
- Ensure all reports and invoices are archived.
**Stock take**
- Capture information resulting from stock takes Investigate for discrepancies.
- Compile daily stock take reports for management.
**Requirements**:
- Must have Grade 12 qualification - with Maths/Maths Lit and English, Accounting will be beneficial.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as grv /admin clerk.
- English as the preferred first language
**Competencies/Skills**
- Accuracy in capturing information.
- An eye for attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications.
- Helpful and supportive attitude to suppliers and colleagues.
**Experience in an FMCG environment will be advantageous**

- High School (matric) (required)
