**The Role**
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in inshore commercial recruitment and international travel coordination? Subtech South Africa is seeking a highly organised individual to support our dynamic operations. This full-time role is based on a Monday to Friday schedule, with flexibility required for occasional weekend and public holiday work, depending on project needs.

**Role Accountabilities**
- Ensure that all new hires complete the induction, are fully briefed and compliant with company standards before commencement of work..
- Coordinate end-to-end travel arrangements for personnel, both locally and internationally, ensuring smooth logistics and adherence to budget and schedule.
- Accurately compile and submit all necessary documentation for project employees including contracts and onboarding materials, within required timeframes.

**Qualifications, Skills and Experience**
- Matric certificate and HR/recruitment certificate
- Previous recruitment experience within commercial diving and marine industry is essential.
- Experience in coordinating local and international travel is essential.
- Understanding of local and international travel logistics is essential.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices (sourcing, screening, placement) is essential.
- Proficient in digital recruitment tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Familiarity with employment contracts.
- Excellent multitasking and organisational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Solution-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work weekends and public holidays, on an ad hoc basis.
