This role requires a seasoned Organisational Effectiveness Specialist to design, develop and implement the TCRS organisational effectiveness strategy through best practice methodologies to ensure TCRS’ business strategy is realized. The primary focus of this role is to ensure the planning, designing and delivery of Talent Management strategies and frameworks to ensure consistent and superior performance within the Group; to provide thought leadership and support to the management and development of talent throughout the talent management life cycle; the development of group wide learning programs; and to operationalize the Group’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP) as well as the Organisational Culture and OD initiatives. This role will be based in Hyde Park.

**Minimum qualification requirements**:

- B degree in Human Resources Management
- Post Graduate degree in Human Resources Management will be an advantage

**Minimum experience requirements**:

- 5-6 years’ experience in HR specializing organisational effectiveness within a complex organization
- Extensive experience in the development and implementation of EVP processes, OD initiatives and interventions; as well as changing organisational Culture
- Experience in supporting more than one business entity at a time

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- To provide thought leadership, guidance and best-practice in organisational effectiveness processes for implementation across the TCRS business
- Drive the design, development, implementation and management of the company’s OD, culture and EVP strategies in support of the HR and business strategies
- Monitor and regularly evaluate the company’s OE strategies, practices and interventions to establish their effectiveness and efficacy
- Drive and enhance the company’s desired culture and ensure alignment to the company’s vision
- Ensure that the company develops, implements and supports a culture of diversity and inclusion.
- Promote TCRS group values as a tool to shape the company culture.
- Provide relevant support to all TCRS subsidiaries regarding EVP as a strategic lever.
- To provide tactical support to the design, development and implementation of the company’s EVP strategy, policy, processes and practices
- Continuously monitor the implementation of EVP to ensure its effectiveness and efficacy in the business.
- Ensure the operationalization of the group talent management strategy and policies aligned to the HR and business strategies.
- Provide consultancy/diagnosis of training needs within any part of the business, acting as a development expert and delivering specific pieces of work across the group.
- Ensure availability of skilled and talented employees to meet current and future requirements of the business
- Oversee the implementation of OD processes to ensure that organisational structures support the achievement of strategic objectives and teams are structured effectively to enable high performance.
- Drive the definition and implementation of change management interventions within the group to support organisational change efforts.
- Contribute towards the Group as a whole in identifying process improvements, improvements in policies and procedures and any other service innovation changes that would improve the client experience.
- Monitor all legislative compliance processes, inclusive but not limited to EE compliance, Skills Development compliance etc.
- Implement policies and procedures relevant to organisational effectiveness

**Salary**: Up to R1,500,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelors (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Organisational Effectiveness: 6 years (required)
