**Requirements**:
Qualified Veterinarian

Min 5 years’ Corporate experience in Technical/Marketing environment

Registered with SAVA

Accountabilities:

- Achieving/exceeding revenue and gross margin sales targets in territory for the entire portfolio
- Grow the poultry business
- Building product and brand awareness with key customers, influences, and end users
- Develop a comprehensive business plan that sets key account plans, priorities, and tactics for delivering results.
- Ongoing reporting on progress against goals and strategies for building Business in the region
- Train new and existing staff members on key products.
Technical:

- Understanding of poultry diseases
- Sound understanding of poultry production systems
- Good understanding of regulatory environment
- Working knowledge of scientific basis of MFA and Nutritional Product lines and how products deliver value to producers.
- Conversant in the current trends in poultry production
- Key account management and selling skills
- Technical skills
- Regulatory experience

Business:

- Quantitative skills
- Financials - understands the interdependencies between sales, marketing, operations, finance etc.
- Customer orientation knows customer’s business model and its competitive implications and how decisions are made and influenced
