We are looking for Media Buyers, Full Stack Marketers, and Junior Marketers to manage, optimise and scale ad accounts on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & Snapchat. Having knowledge and experience with google ads will help.

- You're quite 'nerdy' and love to analyse all the numbers and data from ad accounts, but you still like creativity and copywriting.
- The ability to have a DEEP level of empathy with our clients. We specialise in business growth and reaching specific business targets. We work with clients for the long term, we don’t use quick short lived tactics to make the ROAS look good for the month.

A fancy degree is not a priority to us (if you have one, congratulations). We prefer you to have real-world experience more than anything, that you're a driven individual looking to master your craft, and become number one in your field.

You will go through an EXTENSIVE training programme developed by the top 5% of media buyers worldwide. We go into psychology, mass market research, mass consumer research and analysing key metrics that actually matter, not ROAS. We partner with clients to build their business long-term.

You will need to be willing and excited to learn a complex and effective approach (which may be confusing at first), especially if you've been Facebook advertising for over a year. There are no courses teaching this entire methodology on the market (we are creating one).

You'll be part of a team of EXTREMELY talented people, from a top 5% media buyer to a multi 7 seven figure business leader both with decades of experience in marketing, advertisement, and business.

MCM Agency Ltd is in its early stage and we are confidently scaling to 7 figures rapidly.

As we are in an early stage, we want someone who is eager and willing to go the extra mile on tasks that likely come up in the day-to-day running of things.

**Requirements**:

- Target Market Research
- Ad creative design
- Copywriting
- Split testing
- Optimisation/Management
- Reporting

**Qualifications**
- Marketing +1 year (required)
- Media buying +1 year (required)
- Facebook & Instagram ads +1 year (required)
- Google ads: Base knowledge is preferred.
- Excellent writing, grammar and communication skills
- Fluent English (required)

**Schedule**
Full Time / Monday to Friday

Pay: R200,000.00 - R400,000.00 per year
