**Job Title**: Media Buyer

**Location**: Virtual

**Employment Type**: Full-Time (8 working hours per day Monday - Friday)

**Working hours**:At least 50% of working hours within 9am - 6pm UK time (GMT)

**Salary**: $1,500 per month, plus potential performance-based bonuses

**Equipment required**:Working and up-to-date computer with a working video camera. Strong and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

We are a digital marketing agency based in the UK working predominantly with the residential and construction industry providing high-quality leads and appointments through social media advertising.

Our mission is to help a typically non-digitalised industry navigate the digital space and take full advantage of the powerful lead generation strategies available to them today. Many of our clients find social media and digital marketing in general to be difficult, so we manage it for them ensuring they get a positive ROI through their campaigns.

We are looking for an experienced META media buyer to handle up to 20 clients within the home improvement sector. They will be responsible for building & managing client campaigns, creating ad creatives, and reporting on key metrics.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute media buying strategies across 20 accounts.
- Achieve a minimum £30 cost per lead or under as an average across those 20 accounts.
- Work with designers and account managers in the team.
- Monitor and optimise campaign performance to maximise ROI and achieve campaign goals.
- Prepare and present campaign performance reports and insights to management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new media platforms, and emerging technologies.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Media Buyer or in a similar role within a marketing or advertising agency.
- Proficiency in META media buying and analytics tools.
- (preferred) Experience managing META lead generation campaigns for home improvement companies.
- High level of English language.
- High level of copywriting skills specific to the META platform.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
