**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the operations of our restaurant and hotel, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to maintain the unique character and ambiance of our establishment, making it a standout destination for guests.
- Manage and motivate a team of dedicated staff members, providing guidance and training to maintain high standards of service and professionalism.
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including reservations, guest check-in and check-out, dining service, and housekeeping.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the availability of quality products and services.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative and enticing menus that reflect our commitment to a unique dining experience.
- Implement effective marketing and promotional initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Uphold and enforce all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager and Hotel Manager is essential, preferably in a boutique establishment.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of quality.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with guests, staff, and suppliers.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating unique experiences that leave a lasting impression.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to handle the demands of a fast-paced environment.
- Sound financial acumen and experience in budgeting and cost control.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and other relevant technology.
- A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is highly desirable.
