Restaurant Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff
- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints
- Maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Assist with staff training and development
- Manage restaurant operations during shifts, including opening and closing procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in a restaurant supervisory role
- Hospitality or related field certification an asset
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
