Previous experience using ResRequest is non-negotiable and applicants will only be considered if they ALREADY reside in Cape Town.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant hospitality experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of and experience in ResRequest
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Good Team player
- Dedication to providing great customer service
- Professional and well groomed
- Planning, organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work accurately under pressure

**Description**
- Greet guests over the phone in a friendly, courteous manner
- Deal with incoming enquiries regarding accommodation availability, room

types, rates, etc. within the required turnaround time
- Process all reservation requests, changes and cancellations received by phone
- Actively listen and respond positively to guest questions, concerns, and explain guarantee, special rate and cancellation policies
- Verify and record reservation information accurately
- Accommodate and document special requests
- Answer questions about property facilities/services and room accommodations.
- Input and access data into reservation systems
- Identify and record special billing instructions
- Note all special requests or VIP accommodation accurately
- Deal with pro-forma invoices and following-up on prepayments
- Responsible for online bookings
- Perform other reasonable duties as requested by Supervisor/Manager

**Package on offer**
- Salary dependent on experience and qualifications
