**The Role**

We're on the lookout for a skilled Reservations Agent to join our dynamic reservations team in the heart of Cape Town. Working out of our head office on Kloof Street, you join a great group of people who #CareWhy and #CanDo.

**Who Are We?**

Lion Roars Hotels & Lodges is a portfolio of beautiful properties in South Africa's most beautiful destinations. We own & manage numerous hotels & Big 5 game lodges in the country and are passionate about providing excellent service to our clients and guests.

**Who Are You?**

As a Reservations Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for guests, showcasing our facilities, maximising revenue, and exceeding guest expectations.
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is essential.
- Experience in hotel front office operations, central reservations or sales is highly beneficial.
- Experience in a property management system such as Protel or Opera.
- Competency across the various Microsoft products is key.
- Ability to remain professional even under times of extreme busyness and pressure.
- A friendly & positive demeanour is crucial - we work hard but always make sure we have fun while doing it. We are a big believer in upskilling and providing growth opportunities to those who possess a hard work ethic and a positive approach.
