We're looking for a dedicated, committed PR & Content Distribution Manager in the Crypto / Defi / Web3.0 industry to work at our fast-growth marketing agency. Operating on the frontlines of the cryptocurrency space - arguably the most exciting and innovative industry of the past decade - this position represents an opportunity to grow and develop alongside an agency which has experienced rapid expansion, and which boasts an impressive roster of high-profile, pioneering clients.

A knowledge and passion of crypto, blockchain, and decentralised finance is necessary along with the ability to operate remotely, but still connect virtually to the team.

Specific responsibilities include:

- Identifying and building key target lists of Journalists, Media personalities, Organizations, and Media outlets.
- Handle the content distribution for retained clients, taking ownership of contracted placements required each month
- Tracking results, and weekly / monthly content distribution reporting across client accounts
- Expand network of paid and organic content distribution channels
- Understanding and then simplifying complex topics in order to show the value of our innovative clients and projects to external bodies.
- Building relationships and rapport with high value clients, contacts, and partners.
- Constant reporting, tracking, and communicating to ensure quality results and metrics are shown to the team and clients.
- Working with the head of partnerships and outreach to identify new ways to improve, streamline processes, and grow outreach contacts and campaigns efficiently.

What we need from you
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant professional experience
- Crypto / blockchain / FinTech industry knowledge and/or experience is essential
- Creative thinker and data-driven
- Proven track record of project management and strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Problem solver / solutions driven
