**Job Description** Here is what you will do**:
- Manage Office maintenance assigned in the most efficient manner and closed off.
- Further the facilities coordinator is responsible for ensuring that the facilities are well-maintained and in good working order.
- Manage office security and access procedures to ensure the facilities are secure. This includes tasks such as monitoring security cameras, locking doors, and reporting any suspicious activity.
- Working in accordance with health and safety measures and promoting best practice amongst colleagues, contractors, and suppliers.
- Managing and reviewing health and safety documentation to ensure compliance and safety on site Fire, Health and Safety issues are reported, captured on Lifeguard.
- Ensure office housekeeping and cleanliness is delivered to the highest standard
- Ensure Driver Logbooks and Vehicle checklists are completed daily and do Route planning cost effective.
- Co-ordinate parking availability, Access Cards, and the booking in of visitors and clients
- Ensure the printers and plotters never ran out of paper and cartridges.
- Ensure the office always have stock of office refreshments
- Make sure suppliers send invoices directly to Africa finance department.
- Manage the onsite vending machines, including purchase of stock and monthly reconciliation of sales
**Qualifications**
- Matric a requirement
- 5 years' experience with proven experience as maintenance technician or office coordinator
- Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
- Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
- Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
