To ensure the development and continuous value add improvement to operational processes. To enhance build and maintain relationships with third party vendors and partners.

Are you someone who can:

- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to set up key vendor engagements and reviews.
- Facilitate problem resolution (where needed) and ensure operational and tactical supplier relationships are protected in line with contractual agreements.
- for vendor and contract management by contributing towards ongoing improvements to policies, frameworks and guidelines and communicating educating and advising stakeholders on the same, internal, and external of the organization,
- Assist with the analysis of Total Cost of Ownership and ongoing viability and monitoring of business cases.
- Provide guidance and support on the acquisition of vendor services.
- Collaborate with risk and compliance on vendor impacts and assist business to drive requirements that impact a vendor partner.
- Knowledge of applicable concepts and methodologies of vendor management
- understanding of Vendor Management, relationship management, contract management, procurement, IT, and related function
- Understanding of governance structures and frameworks used to manage vendor management programs and vendor risk mitigation.
- Ability to analyse data, interpret results and provide recommendations, Excellent Business acumen.
- Minimum Qualification: Relevant Bachelor’s degree (B Com, BSc, Supply Chain Degree etc.) CIPS certification essential.
- Preferred qualification: Relevant Post graduate Degree (B Com, BSc, Supply Chain Degree etc.) CIPS certification is advantageous.
- 3 - 5 years progressive experience in a Vendor management and/or procurement role in a similar sized organisation including 1-2 years’ experience at junior analyst level
