We are looking for reliable customer service consultant with excellent communication skills, pleasant attitude to de-escalate potentially hostile customers and a need to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Offering assistance to customers to ensure they find the right packages.
- Investigating and solving customer problems; some are rather easy, but you will occasionally face a complicated issue.
- Refer customers to other support staff when necessary.
- Creating a new feedback procedure for clients or improving upon the existing model.
- Learning about your company’s products/services and remaining up to date with any changes.
- Meeting with management to discuss possible improvements to the company’s customer service.
- Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
- Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services
- Help to train new employees and inform them about the company’s customer management policies
**Requirements**:

- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Problem-solving capabilities
- The capacity to work well under pressure and remain polite even when consumers are angry and unreasonable

**Salary**: R5,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- customer care: 3 years (required)
- telephonic sales: 2 years (preferred)
- administration: 1 year (preferred)
