Detail:

- _Monitor, consolidate and approve shipments & clearances with agents _
- _Track all shipments_
- _Obtain shipping documents from supplier / agent_
- _Review and record shipping details on iSync_
- _Maintain cash flow report_
- _Inform merchandisers of shortages and over shipments, and communicate with merchandisers regarding PO amendments_
- _Review, submit invoices for payment upon receipt_
- _Monitor and announce the arrival of a container / delivery_
- _Receive and verify delivery notes upon delivery_
- _Communicate and plan deliveries with supplier / agent_
- _Obtain invoice from supplier / agent and provide to relevant departments (e.g. fabric warehouse)_
- _Verify and process invoice by completing all checks such as unit price, GRV, status, quantity etc. _
- _Review / calculate price factor, obtain and verify credit notes _
- _Amend landed price_
- _Monitor all shortages, claims and discounts that are to be applied to supplier/ agents_
- _Ensure all invoices and credit notes are submitted to finance department in ample time to facilitate month end payments and weekly dated payments_
- _Plan the collection of return fabric with the supplier/agent and fabric warehouse_
- _Update iSync regarding all shipments and claims etc. _
- _Liaise and provide agent with the correct commercial documents for all clearances_
- _Liaise with fabric warehouse of deliveries to assist with the planning of dispatching and receiving_
- _Provide weekly updates to production, fabric warehouse and merchandisers on delivery for the week_
- _Ensure TT Slips communicated to suppliers._
- _Ensure Telex release obtained from supplier and communicated to agent_
- _Cross boarder: _Verify all invoices from agent for all local clearances and clearance documents _
- _Communicate with agent/s regarding clearance and crossing of consignments _
- _Verify and monitor all_
