**Key Responsibilities**:
**Prospecting**: Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including social media, networking events, and cold calls.
**Client Engagement**: Assist in reaching out to prospects and following up on leads, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
**Sales Support**: Collaborate with senior sales team members to develop and execute sales strategies and presentations.
**CRM Management**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status in our CRM system.
**Market Research**: Gather insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support the sales strategy.
**Team Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing and customer support teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM software is a plus.
Enthusiasm for learning and a desire to grow within the sales field.
