The team is dedicated to building long-term partnerships based on quality, innovation, and trust.RESPONSIBILITIES- Promote company details across physical, electronic, and other platforms.- Source, secure, and build a client base for sustainable business opportunities.- Deliver excellent service and products to impress and retain customers.- Provide market-related feedback to management on pricing, lead times, and client satisfaction.- Build strong relationships with recurring customers to secure bulk monthly orders.- Provide product advice telephonically or in person.- Follow up on leads and ensure service delivery standards are met.- Request and showcase product samples to potential clients.- Capture, manage, and update client data on Pastel/Fusion.- Manage client correspondence.- Prepare and follow up on quotations.- Request and formulate transport quotes.- Initiate targeted sales campaigns (e.g., painters, mines, architects, schools).- Launch promotional offerings to drive sales.- Generate referrals from clients and suppliers.- Track upcoming projects for potential business.- Forecast sales and develop creative strategies.- Analyse reports to identify improvement opportunities.- Attend training and handle general queries.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS- Grade 12 certificate or equivalent.- Excellent communication and telephone skills.- Self-driven with a strong sales mindset.- Good people skills and professional presentation.- Ability to work in a team and independently.- 2-5 years sales experience (scaffolding knowledge advantageous).- Ability to work under pressure.- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.- Valid Code 08 Drivers License with reliable own transport.- Computer literacy: Microsoft Office, Pastel, and other relevant programs.
