**Admin Position - Pretoria**
This is a new position and the aim is to grow the position into an Admin Manager position.
Person will report to Regional General Manager based in Pretoria with a functional reporting arm to Financial Director based in Durban
**Basic Requirements**
- Knowledge of Pastel Accounting
- Must have excellent Excel experience
- Great communication skills - Will be required to communicate with customer and suppliers daily
- Responsible to liaise with operation staff and assist in obtaining all required paperwork, and assist in solving all queries.
- Check all Operations Load summary to ensure all loads are invoiced.
- Invoice customers in Pastel
- Capture all creditor invoices in Pastel.
