Our Agency Partnership team is responsible for building long term partnerships with the top Big 6 and Indie agencies across ZA and SSA. This includes informing and equipping them with the latest knowledge about our ad solutions, uncovering win-win growth opportunities, nurturing commercial success and positioning TikTok as a premier business partner.

**Responsibilities**:

- Nurture, forecast and track revenue performance across the agency portfolio
- Develop agency growth and partnership strategies in line with overall Sales objectives and TikTok Agency strategy
- Lead agency engagement initiatives - education, strategic programs, etc. - within assigned agency book of business
- Collaborate closely with the Agency Programs team on the development of scaled programs customized for the ZA/SSA region
- Support the TikTok Commercial team on the negotiation, rollout and maintenance of commercial agreements
- Engage with internal teams across sales, monetization strategy, product, marketing and legal in order to execute growth and partnership strategies
- Provide cross-functional teams and organization at large with pertinent market intelligence captured through agency relationships
- Liaise with TikTok Global Agency on global initiatives to be rolled-out in ZA/SSA in addition to providing local knowledge and insights
- Establish media and beyond-media strategic partnerships
- Support agencies in developing new revenue streams through TikTok services

**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in the media agency ecosystem
- Ability to manage revenue growth and book of business attainment
- Demonstrated experience in working with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated understanding of digital media platforms and ad metrics
- Experience with analyzing data and delivering insights
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills-A team player and collaborator
- Passion for TikTok marketing, and up for the challenge of building something from the bottom up
- Ability to perform well in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
