The Support Technician is responsible for the 1st line support to customers. This includes general user support and platform-specific responsibilities and duties to ensure systems are operational and always maintained. Duties and tasks are done mostly remotely from the office however onsite callouts etc are to be expected.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Customer support on the service desk
- General user support
- M365 management
- VOIP Telephony
- Onsite Support
- Assisting with achieving a satisfactory resolution to any issues or problems a customer may be experiencing.
- Proactive Monitoring of services (Connectivity)

**Essential**:

- Microsoft Windows 10, 11 Operating Systems
- M365 Management (Mail, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Networking (Switch, VLAN, Mikrotek)
- Knowledge of monitoring systems (PRTG, ZABBIX a bons)
- Microsoft Applications (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, One Drive)
- RMM Tools (Kaseya, Solarwinds)
- Telephony support (VOIP)
- Qualifications / Experience / Skills Required:

- Minimum 1-2 years hands-on experience in an IT Support role.
- Vendor-specific certification such as Microsoft, A+, N+
