ABOUT THE ROLE

The Learning and Business Development Solutions Specialist is responsible for supporting the general business management and development needs of the Learning Solutions Team. This includes tasks such as new business development, marketing, enhancing process efficiencies, ensuring compliance with requirements, measuring and reporting impact, and partnering with employers. The role will help drive the growth and effectiveness of the Learning Solutions Team by addressing various business and development aspects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with employers, keeping abreast of their ongoing needs, assisting them
with skills diagnostics and ultimately driving the uptake of Harambee’s Learning Solutions offerings.
- Develop and maintain process efficiencies including, adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements, record keeping and version control, developing and managing reporting standards.
- Understand Harambee’s Learning Solutions strategy and value proposition and contribute to the on-going development, execution and continuous improvement of the proposition.
- Assist in developing a multi-dimensional marketing and communication strategy to share the Learning Solutions offerings to employer partners and other organisations.
- Drive the administrative onboarding of new clients, including contractual obligations, invoicing, signing of terms & conditions, and any other compliance requirements.
- Analyse, design and develop instruments for impact measurement and reporting. Provide impact measures back to business on a regular basis.
- Assist in managing external supplier relationships and project delivery as needed to deliver against the Learning Solutions roadmap.
- Work closely with other Harambee teams to onboard relevant providers as users of the SA Youth Partner Network to recruit for their skilling programs or initiatives.
- Analyse and implement operational efficiencies to ensure a good quality and easy to use product is delivered to employer partners.
- Help manage, mentor and train Learning Solutions Co-ordinators to ensure high quality products and
processes are delivered to employer partners.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- A relevant degree and or certifications in learning and organizational development, education, and or psychology.
- Knowledge of learning landscape, including analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation of learning.
- 5 - 10 years proven track record of delivering learning programmes to support the achievement of learning strategies across complex organisations.
- Experience in research/data analysis/monitoring and evaluation of learning solutions.
- Experience of delivering on the learning needs of internal and external clients by collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience developing learning solution “marketing campaigns” that drive interest and participation in learning programs.
- Experience in taking learning solutions to market.
- Proven track record of learning programme analysis, design, delivery, implementation and evaluation.
