**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software (PCs, servers, printers, routers, switches, etc.).
- Provide 2nd and 3rd line technical support to internal users across the organization.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network, system, and security issues.
- Ensure uptime and availability of systems through preventive maintenance and effective fault resolution.
- Manage backup systems, disaster recovery planning, and data integrity.
- Support cloud-based services such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Administer Active Directory, user accounts, and security permissions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of systems, configurations, and procedures.
- Assist in IT projects, upgrades, and system rollouts.
- Ensure compliance with ICT policies and cybersecurity standards.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- National Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior IT support or technician role.
- Strong knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN), Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, Exchange, and endpoint security tools.
- Working knowledge of virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) is advantageous.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and solve complex technical issues.
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport preferred.
