**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide first-line support for end-users on hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop PCs, printers, and related equipment.
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving system and connectivity problems.
- Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and support documentation.
- Support ICT team in system upgrades, backups, and routine maintenance.
- Ensure all issues are logged, tracked, and resolved within SLA timelines.
- Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or IT manager as needed.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Matric (Grade 12) plus a relevant IT qualification (Certificate or Diploma in IT/Computer Science).
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar IT support role (internships or entry-level roles acceptable).
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with networking concepts and basic troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
- Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude.
- Own transport is an advantage but not mandatory.
