**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including developing and implementing the complete paid (PPC, SEM & social) strategy.
- Create engaging content for our social media platforms and ad campaigns (Images & Video).
- Development, implementation, and management of an e-commerce strategy.
- Manage and optimise our e-commerce platforms, including conversion rate optimisation and search engine optimisation, to increase online sales, customer retention and average basket size.
- Monthly performance reports (online sales, ad campaigns, social media accounts, etc.)
- Assist in general admin & sales duties.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Marketing/Digital Marketing Degree or equivalent/relevant experience in the field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience running paid search and paid social campaigns (e.g. Meta, Google).
- Proficient in Facebook Business Manager, Google Search, Google Analytics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and creative skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Strong multitasking skills (ability to work on multiple briefs at any given time).
- Google Certifications will be an advantage.
- Facebook Certifications (Blueprint) will be an advantage.
- Experience in Graphic Design will be an advantage.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud will be an advantage.
- Experience in copywriting will be an advantage.
- Experience working with an e-commerce business will be an advantage.
- Experience working in a marketing/digital marketing agency will be an advantage.
- Experience I with CRO and UX is an advantage.
