**Office Management**:

- Oversee day-to-day office activities as main point of contact in reception area, and keep management informed regularly via performance reports.
- Oversee and maintain office equipment for uninterrupted function, identify needs and acquire suppliers.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate food deliveries when requested.
- Attending meetings with senior management and taking minutes
- Booking transport and accommodation
- Organising company events and conferences
- Ordering and monitoring stationery
- Dealing with office correspondence, complaints, and queries

**health and Safety coordinator**:

- EHS management system definition and coordination: creation and update of procedures and documentations
- Ensure Cepheid RSA are compliant as per Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA), 1993.
- Annual Risk Assessment and prevention actions
- EHS training organization and traceability
- EHS regulatory and compliance controls, checks and corrective actions.
- EHS Monthly checklists to ensure compliance and traceability.
- Periodical EHS audits
- Waste management: identification, storage, and removal in compliance with regulation

- PPE management: appropriate selection, order, and distribution
- Safety communications
- EHS Workspace organization and internal moves management
- External companies risk assessment and regulatory documentations follow-up
- Co-ordinate monthly H&S Committee meetings, participation, SOP’s, and discipline trainings

- Access control management
- Quality process management for EHS

Facilities:
Manage repairs, maintenance, and upkeep of company facilities, including building systems, appliances, and outdoor spaces.
- Work with vendors, contractors, and property managers to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Coordinate facilities services, including custodial, landscaping, and security services.
- Monitor and manage facility access and safety protocols, including security systems and protocols.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and codes related to building safety and maintenance. - Develop and maintain relationships with landlord and other stakeholders to ensure adherence to contract terms and conditions.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:
**Education or Experience**:
Business Admin qualification (or equivalent experience) with 4-6 years of relevant work experience.

**Knowledge and skills**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English. Other languages
- High attention to details with the ability to effectively review and understand sales agreements, proposals, purchase orders, and related information.
- Strong focus on driving customer satisfaction
- Good problem solving and analytical skills.
- Demonstrating good judgment and initiative
- Self-motivated, confident, reliable, and able to plan and follow up on outstanding issues.
- Able to operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Should be an outgoing, positive, team player.
- Strong sense of accountability

**Other**:

- Travel minimum 25% -regional and some international travel is required.
