**What you’ll be doing**:
1) Work with Sales Manager & Directors to drive sales through all channels (retail, e-commerce etc.)

2) Implement brand strategy(s) to each KPI’s for each of the brands

3) Marketing campaigns required per brand
- Design campaigns
- Understand how to use different media to reach/engage different types of audiences appropriately when producing/presenting content
- Identifying new channels & platforms to engage relevant audiences to acquire new users or retain existing ones
- Social content planning and publishing: Social media campaign management and content creation working closely with internal designers to create engaging content for various channels (Social & retail)
- Content curation (social media savvy)
- Design and art direction: Social media posts, cover images, online banners, editing of photos/images, newsletters etc.
- Copywriting: Social media posts, website content, metatags, blogs, PR articles, newsletters etc.
- Timeous execution of campaigns (Social and retail)
- Design seasonal promotional campaigns
- Analyse success of campaign and determine how to adjust future campaigns

6) Review current marketing activities working with sales manager, customer service and support staff to optimise process and activities

7) Identify opportunities & drive innovation by leveraging insights from categories & consumers
- Gap analysis per category to identify opportunities
- Design packaging for new products
- Launch product(s) through all channels
- Track and monitor to ensure success

8) Establish & maintain relationships with colleagues and stakeholders that promote collaboration.
- Plan and execute brand specific events such as exhibitions, trade shows, product demos
- Organise training for retail where required
- Customer involvement events
- Photoshoots & videos
- Store visits to understand customer/consumer behavior & needs to be able to identify sales tools required to grow portfolio of products
- Manage key partners and external service providers

9) Leadership
- Guide and lead in-house marketing team
- Continuous improvement by developing yourself and your team

10) Performance review and reporting
- Conduct competitive and customer insights analysis and report findings (quarterly)
- Identify and analyse the marketing activities of competitors’ brands, products and services to optimize marketing activities
- Maintain awareness of current market trends and report findings quarterly
- Manage the spend of promotional and advertising activities vs budget and report monthly
- Success of campaigns/promotions

11) Manage key partners & external service providers

**Required skills & Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree/national diploma in Marketing, Business or relevant field(s)
- Applications required: Google Analytics, Google Adds, meta data, Microsoft office
- An ability to think strategically
- Proven brand development experience
- Through the line communication strategy experience
- An understanding of trends and an ability to respond to customers’ wishes within brand parameters
- Creative and an ability to produce innovative and original ideas
- Campaign planning and execution skills including social content planning and publishing, content curation (social media savvy), understand the effect of the different media sources, how & when to use, design and art direction, copywriting
- Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategies
- Experience with and a clear understanding of market research
