Key Responsibilities

As a Social Media Creative, you'll be responsible for bringing brands to life online. Your day-to-day will include:


• Conceptualising creative social media campaigns that align with clients' brand and business objectives.


• Creating distinctive, engaging content that captures attention and drives results.


• Developing creative and effective social media strategies for multiple platforms.


• Presenting and selling creative concepts and content ideas to clients.


• Managing the daily operations of social media channels — including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube — and adapting content for each.


• Planning, scheduling, and publishing content using tools such as Meta Business Suite, Meltwater, or similar platforms.


• Producing engaging multimedia content across multiple platforms.


• Developing and executing competitions, influencer collaborations, and promotional campaigns that grow brand visibility.


• Managing and engaging online communities — responding to comments, messages, and fostering conversation on clients' platforms (including weekends and public holidays, when needed).


• Using analytics and social listening tools to monitor performance, extract insights, and continuously optimize strategy.


• Researching emerging trends, technologies, and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve.


• Setting measurable targets to boost brand awareness and audience engagement.


• Collaborating across internal teams and departments to amplify campaigns and ensure cohesive messaging.


• Building and maintaining strong client relationships through regular communication (calls, emails, meetings).


• Staying up to date with social media trends and best practices to ensure innovative, high-quality output.


• Planning and executing event-related content before, during, and after events, including live coverage and photography.

Skills & Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you'll need:


• The ability to work seamlessly in both remote and office environments.


• 4+ years of experience developing and executing successful social media campaigns.


• Proven success in growing audiences and driving engagement across multiple platforms.


• A strong grasp of social media trends and algorithms.


• Excellent copywriting and editing skills, paired with a good eye for design and storytelling.


• High proficiency in Canva and familiarity with other creative tools.


• A creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas that resonate.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration and client engagement.


• Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.


• Data analysis skills to interpret insights and apply them effectively.


• Experience in online community management and customer engagement.


• A keen attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.


• Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and a proactive attitude.
