**INTRODUCTION**:
**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- BSc Degree or BEng in Engineering

**EXPERIENCE**:

- Minimum 1- 2 years experience, where preference will be given for applicants with the following working experience:

- Mobile mining/ construction equipment, component repairs.
- Testing of components.
- Teardown inspection and report writing.
- Komatsu product knowledge or knowledge of Mobile mining/ construction equipment.
- Understanding of ISO9001:2015 and aspects especially from a QC perspective would be an advantage.

**SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE**:

- KSA product knowledge or knowledge of heavy earth moving equipment/mining equipment.
- Sound technical track record

**SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF ROLE**:

- Approve in-process production by confirming required specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and communicating the required adjustments to the production supervisor
- Approve all finished products by confirming specifications and conducting required inspections.
- Return products for re-work if needed and complete documentation to confirm re-work
- Document and update inspection results by completing reports and logs.
- Keep measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions and calling for repairs.
- Advise on hold points within the production process to be improved on and collaborating with Quality Assurance to drive process improvements.
- Conduct investigation into quality non-conformances.
- Conducting and signing of risk assessments.
- Checking every assembly bay to conduct spot checks and dual sign off and checking that all procedures are followed in the shop manual.
