Senior Recruitment Consultant (Engineering/Technical)

POSITION INFO:
Our client is a well-established recruitment and HR consultancy with a 30-year track record of excellence has retained us to source a Senior Recruitment Consultant to strengthen their permanent recruitment division, focusing on their traditional business of engineering, technical, and related sectors but with the intention of expanding into other verticals. Requirements

  • 5–8 years' experience in external recruitment, preferably within engineering, technical, manufacturing, or related sectors.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistent billing and repeat business.
  • Strong business development, networking, and client relationship management capability.
  • Proven experience managing full recruitment cycles.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous.
