**Description**:
The purpose of this position is to document and capture all stock movement within the warehouse, between warehouses, to clients and from Production.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for all related capturing of data and processing thereof - items include but not limited to invoices, COA’s, trip sheets, stock transfers, sample requests, inventory
- Responsible for relevant payment allocation and administration thereof
- Assist walk-in clients where applicable
- Assist with telephonic queries
- Responsible for ensuring sufficient stock levels
- Responsible for stock takes
- All administrative duties relating to stock
- Assist with cycle counts and spot checks
- Managing SAP
- Responsible for various reporting - daily, weekly and monthly
- Responsible for all rework and related administration
- Housekeeping

**Health and Safety**
- Participate in safety forums created by Soill for example safety meetings and safety talks
- Follow-up on any activities assigned through safety meetings / committees / representatives / management
- Report all safety incidents to the relevant people
- Attend safety education and refresher programmes
- Comply with safety policies and procedures at Soill
- Distribute safety information as and when required
- Wear protective clothing (where applicable) at all times

**Requirements**:
**Qualification and Experience**
- Relevant tertiary qualification recommended
- Relevant working experience within a warehouse environment recommended
- Working experience pertaining to stock management essential
- Forklift License would be advantageous
- Computer literacy - MS Office Packages
- Knowledge of Qwix
- Knowledge of SAP would be advantageous
