We are seeking a Warehouse Administrator to join our team in Montague Gardens and support the efficient operation of our warehouse. The Warehouse Administrator will be responsible for coordinating and maintaining inventory, managing incoming and outgoing shipments, and ensuring that all warehouse operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

- Receive and process incoming shipments and verify inventory
- Prepare orders for shipping and ensure accuracy of items and quantities
- Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and suppliers to schedule deliveries and pickups
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all inventory transactions
- Monitor inventory levels and update systems accordingly
- Assist with inventory counts and audits
- Collaborate with other warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and answering phone calls
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

- Prior experience in warehouse administration or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification
- High school diploma or equivalent

Rate: R42 per hour

Working hours: 7 a.m. to 16:45 p.m. (Monday to Thursday) and Friday: 7 a.m. until 16:00 p.m.
