**Purpose**

To ensure that warehouse operations run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. This involves overseeing the daily activities of the warehouse team, managing inventory, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and facilitating the timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.

**Responsibilities**
- ** Supervision and Leadership**:Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of products. Also assigning tasks to sub-ordinates accordingly.
- ** Inventory Control**:Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock counts to ensure accuracy and availability of materials.
- ** Safety and Compliance**: Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety training for warehouse staff, including food safety standards.
- ** Quality Assurance**:Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure the integrity and quality of products.
- ** Reporting and Documentation**: Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse performance, including key metrics such as inventory accuracy, order fulfillment rates, and safety incidents.
- ** Coordination and Communication**:Communicate effectively with team members, providing clear instructions and feedback, further Liaise with production, logistics, customer Services and procurement teams to ensure smooth coordination of activities.

**We value**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply chain, operations of equivalent
- 5+ years prior Warehouse/Operations experience
- Warehousing/ Transport & Distribution leadership experience
- Proficiency in inventory control and warehouse management systems
- SAP Experience
- External warehouse management
- Knowledge on topics related to food safety: GMP, FSSC 22000, Food Defense, Food Safety.
- Knowledge in International Standards (ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001)
- Knowledge on topics related to food safety: GMP, FSSC 22000, Food Defense, Food Safety.
- Knowledge in International Standards (ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001)
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
