We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager with experience within a Cold Storage Warehouse environment.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant tertiary qualification
- 5 Years Working experience in the Cold Store Warehouse industry (essential)

**Responsibilities**:
**Procedural Compliance**
- DC is consistently compliant with all Company procedures, including Health & Safety and Food Safety Policies.
- Warehouse quality standards are consistently maintained in accordance with policy and procedures.
- Inbound procedures, Outbound procedures, Picking procedures, Inventory procedures, Safety procedure, and Quality procedures.
- Experience in Cold Store Warehouse and other commodities export control
- Understanding of Warehouse export protocols.
- Drawing up and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures for the entire Warehouse export process.

**Equipment Control**
- Ensuring Forklifts, Reach Trucks and Power Pallet trucks are managed and maintained.
- Equipment records are complete and accurate for all equipment.
- Ensure that machinery complies with safety requirements.
- Ensure adherence to all H&S Regulations and Requirements.

**Quality Audits**
- Passing of all audits - Internal (85%) and external (90%)

**Planning**
- In - and outbound planning done daily to ensure operational excellence.
- Multiple customers in DC, plan space, racking and layout capacity
- Peak capacity planning
- Staff scheduling to minimize overtime where applicable

**Inventory Management**
- Conduct stock verification or counts, on customer frequency requirements.
- Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Product shelf-life management, reviews EXP/SSL report with Inventory team.
- Ensuring correct locations of stock to ensure accurate information been given to customers.
- Ensures that any non-conforming product is segregated, isolated, recorded and adjusted off the system immediately.
- Managing operations to ensure stock integrity at all times.

**People management**
- All staff have scorecards and held accountable.
- Monthly staff meetings are recorded.
- Ensure that all staff maintain HR and Training certification at all times.
- Resolving of staff issues and queries promptly.
