We are in the retail and wholesale sector and seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our Johannesburg-based warehouse facility.

Working Hours & Salary Negotiation Adjustment after interview

(Probation Period: 3 months)

The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for the efficient warehouse and distribution functions in Midrand. This includes (but is not limited to) stock and consumable receipt, storage, value-added processing and dispatch.

Key components
- 3-5 years experience in warehouse/distribution management.
- Management of input/output stock on the current POS system.
- Fast learner
- MS Office literate
- A sound knowledge of warehouse procedures and policy.
- Reliable work history and track record
- Excellent problem-solving skills, and leadership qualities.
- Great communication skills, ability to work with all levels of staff.
- Comfortable with delivering written and oral feedback to Executives.
- Must Be a Team Player.

Leadership & Management
- Effectively lead and manage the warehouse team
- Represent the Company in a professional manner at all times
- Effectively communicate with all role players and departments
- Effectively delegate and direct staff
- Manage a team of warehouse staff and stock controllers,
- Safeguarded the warehouse operations and stock
- Manage and be accountable for all receipts and dispatches

Warehouse Outputs
- Co-coordinating all inbound and outbound logistics in an efficient manner
- Staying in constant communication with all of our stores and vendors.
- Staff scheduling
- Ensure that process flows are adhered to
- Minimize stock loss/damage/theft.
- Ensuring the timeous dispatch of orders to our various stores and vendors
- Following up on discrepancies timeously.
- Enforcing strict control over the movement of stock
- Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment.
- Monitoring the services of third-party carriers.
- Maintaining good interdepartmental and customer relationships.
- Preparation of monthly reports

**Salary**: R20,000.00 - R30,000.00 per month
