**What will be your key responsibilities?**:
**With Importers**:
- To be an ambassador of Health and Mutuality and execute on it via education, agreements & projects with the importers.
- To animate and engage the Royal Canin network of importers of the area to be defined.
- To plan and monitor all Royal Canin brand, sales, logistics, marketing and scientific activities or events in compliance with our standards.
- To grow the category and meet the targets of the area in terms of net sales growth, earnings and NCFO: the area manager is responsible of the P&L of his area and monitors expense and resources such as travel budget and marketing budget.
- To negotiate & define yearly targets in NSV, volume and priority ranges, marketing budgets & activation plans with the importers.
- To research and obtain accurate local data, to analyze market trends, brand performance, competitor’s knowledge as well as direct consumer, and be THE expert of the area.
- To deploy the Royal Canin/Eukanuba strategy in the area (brand activations, trainings, digital transformation, events, strategic ranges acceleration, new product launches, recruitment, consumer promotions, merchandising etc..).
- To be regularly on the field in all markets of the area (up to 50% mobility).
**With INDI team**:
- To be the link between the importers and Royal Canin/Eukanuba central functions (mkt, VCO, legal, finance & CA)
- To work effectively with functions as a team and foster a collaborative atmosphere between the importers and INDI support functions.
- To be highly involved in unit transversal project such as “Transformations, Health, Education, Eukanuba, Digital workstreams”
**What are we looking for?**:
- Fluent English, French a plus
- Master's degree in Commerce
- 5 years + in a sales role
- Strong & proven background in marketing & trade marketing
- Strong customer centricity with ability to build mutual relationships with partners
- Ideally some experiences in successfully managing importers/distributors in FMCG
