As a medical representative you will be responsible for ensuringtarget is met in accordance with Regional and / National target, developing and implementing short term plans to ensure effective customer coverage and take responsibility for personal development in respect of product knowledge. You will also network effectively & build meaningful relationships with key customers & opinion leaders in own territory, provide reports & feedback pertaining to trends/opportunities or risk identified in own territory, and monitor performance against planned objectives in own area & take action to close the gap. In addition to the above you will ensure timeous completion and updating of all sales reports and the related administration. Recognising andreporting adverse drug reaction events by communicatingall quality complaints received within 24 hours to QA Department andto Patient Safety Department.
