**Responsibilities**:
Manage all day-to-day activities relating to each client account (creating proposals, CE's, invoicing, timing plans)
Taking client briefs and effectively communicating these to the studio
Managing the work flow of each project in the studio from start through to completion (using internal and external resources)
Ensuring all jobs are delivered on deadline
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Provide clients with regular communication and status reports
Work in conjunction with the creative team to provide work that is of a high quality and answers the brief and business strategy
Ensure all jobs are profitable and keep to the allocated time
**Requirements**:
Preferably 5+ years’ experience within an advertising or digital agency
A collaborative, problem-solving, team-player attitude
Strong knowledge of campaign development and rollout
Ability to thrive under the pressure of tight deadlines
Excellent time management and organisational skills
A keen eye for detail and a ‘can do’ attitude
